Nicolo

Hi everyone,

I’m Nicolo, a 28 years old structural engineer from Italy and I moved to Sydney one year ago. Currently renting in Paddington but keen to have a bit of a change so looking for a room in a Flatshare.

As a housemate, I’m clean and tidy and really value keeping the space feeling like home. I’m sociable and enjoy spending time with my flatmates, hopefully becoming friends, but I also appreciate and respect personal space. I lead an active lifestyle, regularly workout, swimming, and going on trips whenever I can. I enjoy cooking food, relaxing in the evening watching TV and out and about over the weekend exploring the city.

I’ll be working in the CBD, so ideally I would like to stay somewhere easily commutable.

My budget is flexible but maximum 420 AUD per week including bills.
