Nicolo

Hi everyone,

I’m Nicolo, a 27 years old structural engineer from Italy and I’ve been flat sharing in London for the past 8 years, where I studied and now work.

At the end of February, I’ll be relocating to Sydney and I am looking for a room to rent in a friendly flatshare with other young professionals.

As a housemate, I’m clean and tidy and really value keeping the space feeling like home. I’m sociable and enjoy spending time with my flatmates, hopefully becoming friends, but I also appreciate and respect personal space. I lead an active lifestyle, regularly workout, swimming, and going on trips whenever I can. I enjoy cooking food, relaxing in the evening watching TV and out and about over the weekend exploring the city.

I’ll be working in the CBD, so ideally I would like to stay somewhere easily commutable.

My budget is flexible but maximum 400 AUS Dollars per week including bills.
