Neat & Organized: I always clean up after myself immediately, especially in the kitchen and communal areas. I like keeping the house looking sharp and respect the shared spaces.
Reliable & Responsible: Coming from a business and real estate background, I have my act together. Rent, bills, and household contributions will always be paid on time, every time.
Respectful of Vibe & Space: Since I study online and work hard during the week, I keep things pretty low-key at home. I am always down for a chat, a coffee, or a house dinner, but I completely respect everyone’s downtime and closed doors.
