We’re Clémentine & Gaétan, a friendly French couple looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet place to call home in Brisbane. 🇫🇷🇦🇺

We’re both working professionals, respectful, tidy, easy-going and non-smokers. We enjoy socialising but also value our privacy and personal space. We’re looking for a long-term home, not just a temporary stay.

* 📍 Brisbane CBD or within 10–15 minutes
* 💰 Maximum budget: $400-450max week for both, bills included
* 🛏️ Fully furnished private bedroom
* 🚿 Private bathroom and toilet (essential)
* 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen
* 🧺 Working washing machine and dryer
* 🛵 Secure parking or space for 2 scooters
* ❄️ Air conditioning preferred
* 🔑 Clear rental conditions, including bond and any additional fees
* 🏠 Clean, respectful and friendly housemates

We’re looking for somewhere we can settle in, feel comfortable and enjoy living with considerate people.
