Lucy and Jacob - Friends

Hey! We’re two 24-year-old friends looking for 1–2 people to team up with and find a 3–4 bed house around April (our lease ends then). We’re really hoping to find someone who matches our vibe, and we get along with.

Areas: Broadbeach → Palm Beach

- Originally from New Zealand and Tasmania, now very settled on the Gold Coast
- Both work full-time
- Have lived in Burleigh Waters for the past year with good rental history
- Clean, easygoing, no drama
- Love the beach, coffee runs, and a cheeky drink every now and then ;)
- Social and friendly, but also big on respecting each other’s space

💰 Budget: We currently pay $400 each and wouldn’t be looking to spend more than that. Ideally, less if we find the right place.

We also come with Louie, our very cute 2-year-old Dalmatian, so dog-friendly is a must 🐾
