Status: I'm a full-time student at the University of Newcastle. I also work part-time at a local clothing company named 'Just Group'.

Cleanliness: I'm very clean and organized. I'm a bit of a neat freak, actually, so you can rest assured the property will be well-maintained.

Rental History: I’ve been lived in university accommodation for 2 years and have a spotless record of rent payments and property care.

Lifestyle: I'm quite busy with school, work, sports and volunteering. Most of my time is spent at the university library or at work. I usually come home in the evenings, have a light breakfast of milk, oatmeal, and fruit, and occasionally treat myself to a nice dinner when I have time off. You can rest assured that I'm a responsible tenant. I don't smoke, drink, or have pets, and I don't host parties. I lead a busy life focused on my studies, work, and personal growth.
Personality: I'm friendly, easy-going, and communicative. I believe in open communication and mutual respect with you.

Desired rental location: a place near the Nuspace (the university of Newcastle in the city), and is convenient to go to WestfieldKotara. Near the bus stop is a plus!

Desired rental period: I fully intend to stay longer and would be a very reliable long-term tenant. I'm very likely to be here for 2+years. I'm doing a 2 years master at this moment.

Employee or student status: I'm a full-time student and part-time employee.

Preferred move date: I'm available to move in as soon as possible.

Number of tenants: Just myself.
