I'm self employed working across 7 days a week just depends on work load and in my spare time enjoys cinema, hitting the gym now and then, relaxing at the beach, and trying out new restaurants. I like a chill environment and keep my space clean. While Im open to the occasional social gathering with fellow house mates i also respect personal space.

Open to securing a property with another person or be part of an existing share house. Preferably 3 people max

Prefer a mid size room with computer desk

Budget is $300 max with bills included.

If no off-street parking is available at least need Unrestricted (no time limit) free on-street parking access as I rely on my vehicle to get to work.
