Hi there,

I'm Conor. I'm looking for a room, ideally within about a 15-20min drive of Curtin Uni (since that's where I work), but honestly fairly flexible and more or less happy with anywhere from Sorrento in the north-west to Willetton in the south-east. My budget is $400/wk max. Really, my one big thing would be for aircon in the room (it's my Irish half that comes to the fore weather wise). However, I know that's not always possible, so, essentially, as long as there's air con in the house that is grand. I'd also have a slight preference for having my own bathroom (or max sharing with one other guy).

A bit about me, I'm 27 and, as I mentioned before, I work full-time at a Curtin Uni, specifically with one of the high school outreach teams there. I also help teach their bridging course on the side. Outside of work is fairly simple for me: gym, friends, good food, reading and chess. I also enjoy my travel (again, thanks to Irish half, which meant plenty of family trips when I was a kid).
