Hi! I’m a 25-year-old finance professional with a Master’s degree. At the moment I’m freelancing while looking for my next full-time opportunity.

I’m fairly introverted and enjoy a quiet lifestyle. Most days you’ll either find me working, heading out for a swim, or relaxing in my room. I also enjoy gaming and usually spend some of my free time on my PlayStation 5. When I’m home, the kitchen is probably where you’ll see me the most as I enjoy cooking.

I’m a non-smoker, I don’t drink, and I generally prefer a vegetarian diet. I’m also clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I value a peaceful home environment and am considerate of other people’s privacy and routines.

I’m ideally looking for a place to share with just one other person. My preference is to have my own bathroom or an ensuite, but I’m flexible if the right place comes along. I’d also prefer a home without pets.

My budget is around $380–390 per week, excluding bills.
