Hello! 👋🏼

I'm 29, originally from the UK and work full-time as a marketing & design freelancer, alongside a casual pub job, where I do the odd weekend shift.

I'm currently based in Sydney, but my lease is coming to an end so I'm looking for a change! Luckily, I have a very flexible move-out date, so I'd be available to move into somewhere new any time between now and late September.

🏡 What I'm Looking For:
I'm looking for a double bedroom in a share house with a lovely bunch of people who appreciate a bit of downtime but are keen to socialise and hang out together!

Budget is $400-450pw, and I'm looking for a minimum of 3-months stay (longer preferred). An outdoor area would also be great, such as a garden, balcony etc! Other than that I'm not too fussy, just looking for somewhere that's clean, friendly and feels like home.

👋 Bit more about me:
I'm tidy and super considerate of shared/other people's spaces. Always happy to help out and make the space feel nice and homely too.

When I'm not working, I love a good mix of chilled evenings on the sofa, pub trips, and house drinks over the weekend (when I'm not in work)! Love to fill my free time with beach trips, coffee shops, markets, thrifting, gigs, hiking, running, and just generally exploring the city/trying new things. Also a big foodie so I'm always happy to host little dinner parties!
