Rob here, I'm a professional (IT) who has lived in Hobart since 2020.

My things are the outdoors, technology, music and skiing.

I'm looking for a warm room with enough space for a queen bed, desk (I work from home some days), and music gear (synth and DJ controller for headphone practice).

I have a car and off-street parking would be ideal, as would any covered storage space (I would be willing to contribute more for guaranteed storage). I also have a few pieces of furniture from my previous rental (couches, HQ dining chairs, television, Miele washer/dryer) which could be used communally.

A private bathroom or loo would be great but know these are rare in Tassie!

I am a very clean and respectful housemate (zero fridge mysteries); am easygoing and engaging but can also read the room. All payments (rent/bills) paid on or before time.
