Hi! My wife and I are currently based in Melbourne. I’ll be relocating to Sydney on my own in February to start a full-time role, and I’m looking for a private room just for myself.

I’m a clean, respectful, and easygoing housemate who values a tidy, calm home and good communication. I’m social and friendly, but I also appreciate personal space and a relaxed household atmosphere.

In terms of location and budget:
• For rooms under $250/week, I’m open to locations further from the CBD.
• For $250–$300/week, I’m ideally looking for a place closer to the CBD so I can walk or cycle to work and avoid public transport costs.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active (cycling, running, swimming), quiet movie nights, reading, and cooking at home. I’m reliable, a non-smoker, and will treat the place with care.
