We are a couple who’s currently on bridging visa and are waiting for our Visa 500 to be approved, which my 2 years of Master study in UTAS is starting from February.

We hope to stay in Hobart for the coming few years and are looking for a stable tenancy. We are quiet, tidy, and responsible tenants who value privacy and hygiene very much, hence keeping our living environment pleasant and clean are our common principle and house rule. Both of us are non-smoker, not party goers and we do not keep pets.
