I’m a 19-year-old Psychology student at the University of Sydney and an international student from Vietnam. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, and I value a calm, well-kept home. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and I’m not into parties.

I’m on a student visa and looking to stay for around 10–12 months, with the possibility of staying longer. I’m financially stable, reliable with rent and bills, and considerate of shared spaces and personal boundaries.
