Hey, I’m looking for a housemate to team up to find a place in or near city. Cbd, Southbank, South yarra, Albert park, st.kilda is fine. My weekly budget is $300-380. Looking for private/ensuite room in a 2-3 bhk appt. Looking for something long term (atleast 12 months).

I work 9-5, 2 days from home. My evenings are mix of downtime and active. Ocassionally like to chill in the living area. I clean up after myself and I expect the same from you.

In my free time I like reading, studying, going out for walks or gymming. However always up for a movie date or a chat.
