hi everyone! i’m Bella and i’m looking for a place in either south brisbane or south gold coast (paddington, mt gravatt, southbank, burleigh, benowa, robina, broadbeach, etc) i’m 21 years old and currently work 4 days a week in sales. i’ve been renting since i was 18 and have always been reliable when it comes to bills/end of lease!

I’d love my own room with a built in wardrobe and own bathroom if possible but i don’t mind sharing. cleanliness in common areas is very important to me! i’m a very relaxed and laid back person who enjoys my alone time but would so love to have roommates that feel more like a friend! outside of work my interests are art, going to the beach, going out for dinners and the occasional drink. i love to dress up and take photos too!!

I’d ideally be looking at long term, either 6 or 12 months and more than happy with applying to be added to an existing lease! would love to keep it around $200 to $250 a week but flexible for the right place!
