Bella

hi everyone! i’m Bella and i’m looking for a place within the next few weeks in the south brisbane area (suburbs like carindale, bulimba, mt gravatt, morningside, dutton park, kelvin grove, wynnum, canon hill, paddington etc.) i’m 21 years old and currently work 4 days a week in sales. i’ve been renting since i was 18 and have always been reliable when it comes to bills/end of lease!

I’d love my own room with a built in wardrobe and own bathroom if possible but i don’t mind sharing. cleanliness in common areas is very important to me! i’m a very relaxed and laid back person who enjoys my alone time but would so love to have roommates that feel more like a friend! outside of work my interests are art, going to the beach, going out for dinners and the occasional drink. i love to dress up and take photos too!!

I’d ideally be looking at long term, either 6 or 12 months and more than happy with applying to be added to an existing lease! would love to keep it around $200 to $250 a week but flexible for the right place!
