My hobbies include gaming and digital drawing, so I am looking for a private studio or room that can support these interests. I am a non-smoker with no kids or pets, and I value my independent lifestyle. My priorities include an close to used(within 20m walk), air conditioner, study desk, and ensuite bathroom.
I am looking for flexible rental terms from at least 3 months.
