Hi!

My name is Tania and I'm a single woman with Portuguese and French heritage. I’m a fit, non-smoker health-conscious person. I have lived in Europe, Australia in various living arrangements from share houses to solo living.

I am looking for a fully furnished studio apartment either in the Northside or Southside of Brisbane, move in ideally, by Dec/early Jan 26. Max budget $350/$400 week including bills.

I have been living on my own and other people for many years and with my life experiences, I consider myself to be quite open minded, independent, respectful, tidy & clean and definitely responsible when it comes to rent/bills.

In this new chapter, I feel called to live solo while I accomplish my next life goals. Also, as my work is highly social where I share a lot of my energy, home is where I recharge, so a quiet place is a must.

I work 3 to 4 days a week in the community as an art therapist with children on the spectrum and spend the rest of the days working on my own jewellery business from home.
