Hello! I'm an undergrad student at RMIT University, and is looking for an affordable place to stay around cbd area or close suburbs accessible to public transportation. I'll be returning to Australia mid February and is hoping to find a place to stay until July 2026.

I previously lived in a sublet house at Carlton with 3 other students and has learned to keep spaces clean, quiet, and friendly.

I'm open to solo rooms, shared rooms or houses, as well as sublet options (with proper conditions).

More about me: I'm a 20 years old Filipino student studying Business at RMIT. I enjoy watching F1, anime, gameplays, listening to music, and eating! I'm a non-smoker and only drinks occasionally. I also don't have pets (💔), but wouldn't mind living with pet owners. I can get along with people quite well and is understanding of different cultures and boundaries 🫶
