Hi there,

I am currently looking for a quiet, stable and cat-friendly place in Melbourne’s Eastern/South-Eastern suburbs, ideally with reasonable access to Maroondah-Yarra Ranges locations where I work.

I am a quiet, respectful and clean person who mostly keeps to gaming or binge-watching activities outside of work. I keep my social life outside of the house, and I value privacy, safety and a calm home environment.

I have an indoor cat who is very important to me, so ideally looking for a private studio/unit/granny flat or a very quiet share arrangement with minimal housemates who are genuinely comfortable with cats.

I am not suited to loud party households or high-turnover share houses. I’m hoping to find somewhere stable, respectful and comfortable for everyone involved.
