Hi everyone,
My friend and I are looking for a furnished place to stay from June 28 until mid or late August. We’ve just completed our studies at the University of Melbourne and will be staying in the city while we wait for our degrees.
We're looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable place in or around the Melbourne CBD. We’re flexible with 1 or 2 bedrooms, depending on availability.
Our requirements:
Furnished accommodation only
Location: Melbourne CBD or surrounding areas
Budget: Up to $450/week (lower preferred)
Available from June 28
Short-term lease (until mid or late August)
We're responsible, tidy, and respectful tenants.
