Hi I'm Almendra! (Almond if you cant quite roll the 'r' haha)

Im looking to move into a new place between mid to late July, ideally with housemate/s who are clean, considerate, respectful and good communicators, as this what i offer in return. Not looking for a party house as i'd like the home to be a sanctuary and relaxation space after a long day! But definitely wanting a nice balance of social time and self hermit-ing. I have Cleo, my lazy tuxedo cat, who is super social and curious, although she sleeps most of the day, so housemates that welcome pets would be ideal :) !

I love cooking, and make some mean crepes. Music is a big part of my day to day and will often have some soft jazz or a type of lofi playlist playing in the background if im home working or doodling or doing yoga, etc.

On a nice day you'll find me out and about, love heading down to the beach for a walk and take in the water, gym, or at a cafe, shopping or a bar, and if not, i'll most likely be at home binge watching show.

Looking for 1 to 2 housemates max. Open to short term or long term stays.
