My Name is Olivia I’m a 25 year old female originally from New Zealand been in melbourne for 3 years now and Absolutely love it. I'm looking to team up with one or two people to sign a lease together for 12 months or longer if we happen to love the place. I have a bubbly and energetic personality, I work full time in the city Monday to Friday. I like to keep things clean and tidy. I currently have all furniture for a house / apartment other than a washing machine / dryer or a dining table. I enjoy nights out but am also down for chilled nights in watching Netflix and eating junk food.
Hey! I’m a lovely Canadian, originally from Toronto. Just moved to Melbourne working full time as a pastry chef and looking for a place to call home for the next 6 months. I’m a very easy going person, relaxed and sociable but I definitely respect others privacy. I usually like to spend my evenings relaxing after work with some reading or movies and on my days off I like to stay active with hiking, going to the beach and exploring the city. If this sounds perfect to you then I’d be happy to be your roommate :) !
A recent graduate who works part-time as a salad artist until she finds a full-time job. A senior but not expensive housemate, featuring: • 5+ years experience in house-sharing • Always clean, respectful and responsible (My housemates hardly find the evidence of me cooking) • Above-average friendliness • Hosted 1 garage sale, 3 birthday surprises and 2 welcome parties for the housemates • Owns a 50" television, a wireless printer, a bike, 2 frisbees and a ukulele • Fluent in English and Mandarin (I'm from Taiwan) • Loves to talk about politics • Not a party animal but enjoys dancing in an appropriate environment • Overall, a very likeable young woman Looking for a sociable and mature (everyone cleans after themselves and refills the toilet paper) house/flat, preferably with lots of natural light as I enjoy reading during the day when I'm not working. I also like to stay in the living room and greet the housemates so I hope my future housemates are comfortable with that. My ideal length of stay is 12 months before I finally move back to fight for my country. Feel free to ask me anything as I really take my 100% response rate seriously.
I am a 22 year old currently working in for a construction company as a Bid Coordinator while I finish the final year of my law degree. I work and study long hours so generally pretty quiet during the week but would love some company around the weekend for dinner or a drink every now and again. I live an active life and love animals, so if you have any it is a major selling point for me!
Hi there, my name is Sharni. I am a 34 year old single Melbourne-born girl looking for a private room for a stay of at least six months (or longer), as the house where I am currently living is due to go to auction on May 25. Ideally I would like to live with between one and three other housemates. I am working full-time in Docklands in the financial services industry (admin/customer service), working Mon-Fri daytime hours on a rotating roster. I love going out to the cinema and theatre shows, and like going on weekends away. I adore sharing stories about travel, too. I am a talkative person who likes being sociable but I also like quiet time as well, so I'm not looking for a party household. I think your home should be your haven that you care for and look forward to relaxing in when you come home. I would like to live with open-minded people who don't have a problem with occasional visitors in the privacy of one's room. To me, cleanliness, communication, honesty, responsibility and respect being maintained amongst all housemates is the key to a good household. I am looking for a place that is within walking distance to a train station or a tram to the city (no more than a 20 minute walk away max). I will consider any inner-city suburb (within 15 km of Melb CBD) I don't have a set moving date, but approx early-May to mid-June is when I would be wanting to move in (flexible depending on when the room is available) Non-smoker. I don't have any pets myself but I love animals.
Hi, Nice to meet you. I work full time as a shift worker in the health care industry. I am very active on my days off and am usually off on some adventure somewhere. Either camping, bushwalking, mountain biking or snowboarding. I'm fully house trained and respectful of other peoples space and property. Also I can handle myself in the kitchen and don't leave it looking like a apocalypse after I've finished cooking. I am looking for somewhere which has some storage I can use (ideally a garage) for my bikes, ski gear and camping gear as these items are a little bulky. I am looking forward to having a lifestyle change and meeting you as a fellow housemate/friend.
I am tidy and respectful of others and their belongings. Love to have a good laugh, get to know each other or keep to myself. Pretty cruisy, don't mind a dinner party and am happy to stay out of the way if others are entertaining I don't love vaccuming but do find doing the dishes very therapeutic so if an arrangement could be struck there I'm all ears. Other than that, work hard, keep living areas tidy and make everyone feel welcome and at home :)
I work 6 days a week and looking for a short term place to move in. After my day of work, I prefer coming home and relaxing in my own time, but I do enjoy a glass of red once in a while. I enjoy cooking and clean up after myself. Very clean and tidy person and looking for a place & housemate who is clean and considerate herself.
I’m always up for a mid week drink, chat & tv series. I’m very clean, respectful, pretty much always happy... I’m sociable but also enjoy a quiet night! I’m over late night partying! I work full time as an office manager, I’m creative & like to have a laugh.
27 years old working full time at the AFL in Docklands. Originally from Perth and have been living in St Kilda for 2 years. About Me: I live an active and social lifestyle, always in and out with no week looking the same. During the week I keep low key going to the gym and watching the latest trashy tv (big bachie fan!). On weekends you'll find me at the beach for a coast walk, catching up with friends and watching a lot of AFL. Try to get out of the city for a roadie as often as possible. Ideal Place: Looking for a home that is walking distance from public transport to get into the city and has parking available. A home that has plenty of natural light and an outdoor space. I have a house worth of furniture / appliances if needed. Flexible with move dates Ideal housemate(s): People similar to myself - 26 - 30 years, work full time and have a good balance of independence and social life. I'm always keen to have TV nights at home, or head to the local pub for a meal but equally love my dose of independence
I am a busy bee, working 3 jobs, I am from Brazil and currently study cookery. I am currently living in the sticks and would love to change it up and live somewhere more lively. Love to get closer to my housemates and have a chit chat in the end of the day, but I know how to respect the private space, even though because feel days I’m so tired that I just want my bed. Like to cook and share meals and couple beers eventually.
Friendly, clean and considerate 25 year old looking for a new place to call home. I work 9-5 in a corporate job in the city and also study online. I'm generally pretty quiet during the week because of work and uni however I do try to get the most out of my weekends. Usually my spare time is spent out and about, catching up with friends, eating at a local fav or trying somewhere new, or just relaxing at home binge watching Netflix, planning my next holiday and baking delicious treats. Preferably I would like to live with people around a similar age who would be up for a chat, Netflix binge, brunch or dinner and a few drinks every now and then. I have previous experience living in share houses and I even have some furniture and other household items to bring if needed.
Hi! I’m Jubin, 29, single, easy going, very relaxed, tidy and clean and an IT professional working full-time for a reputed tech firm in CBD. I’m not a party person at home but do love a drink and socialising occasionally. I prefer to be with housemates who typically wouldn't isolate themselves and would treat fellow housemates as good friends/family. I love reading books. I always prefer clean environments maintaining it like that at the wherever I stay. I'm looking for my next place to stay for at least a year, or maybe more. Since I commute to CBD for work daily, I prefer areas with proximity to public transport. Once I move in, I would consider purchasing a standing work desk and a small bookshelf for storing work-related documents, if the room is unfurnished.
Hiya! I'm Grace. I work full-time in Windsor so I'm looking to move somewhere nearby. I'm a hardcore Collingwood fan, love music and spend my weekends either at the footy or scratching through flea markets. I tend to keep to myself but am always up for a chat and a beer/tea! (I'm the furthest from a party animal) Also, I'm planning on getting a pup (or cat) within the coming months, but it will spend most days with me at work or at doggy daycare :) Shoot me a message if you think it could work! :)

Hi, Im Chris I work as a self employed plumber, I'm 31 and have a dog (Brock, read his info below) I'm pretty quite during weekdays, sometimes out for dinner or drinks but try to keep it fairly quiet. I aim to keep active and when i'm not working i try exercise a few times a week, starting surfing and keeping on top of all the over hobbies I've taken up over my life hah. Weekends i work sometimes so try to keep it under control of but more often than not end out with a few boys and still trying to figure out that fabled hung-over cure. Brock is about a year and a half old now and is very easy going and likes to sleep all day. He is a purebreed rhodesian ridgeback with a liver nose. He is bigger than average dog but is well underway with his training and has plenty of toys to keep him amused when im away at work. He had been obeisance trained to not go in certain sections of the house and wont move till released which is handy when you're running away from kisses
Professional, work full time. I play sports regularly and during free time I usually go out to socialise or for meeting friends. I like to keep home tidy clean and quiet. At home I’m usually enjoying my me time, resting or catching up on some work or reading material. I’m also reliable and easy to get along with, enjoy watching a tv show or a movie or just a glass of wine with a housemate but I respect and honour privacy and personal space.
