Easy-going, smart, funny, charming English guy - lived in shared houses for as long as I can remember and never had a problem anywhere. Will keep things relaxed, clean, tidy, will make you laugh, will make you tasty food (don't worry, I always clean up after myself)... Moving to Melbourne to join a friend of mine in expanding his business (long-term) so expecting to work hard during the week and check the city out at the weekends.
Hey guys, I quit uni in Sydney a couple of months ago to move down here and make money for travelling the world! I'm currently working at riverland bar in the city which is awesome fun. I love music and cooking food (and eating :P) I'm a very social person and love to have people around that enjoy a good laugh!
I'm easy going, respectful and responsible. I believe in sarcasm and a good sense of humour. I'm a paediatric nurse, so great with bandaids. I sing and play the ukelele which could be a good or a bad thing depending on you. But don't worry, I will try and practice when you are out of the house. Im active, independent, and social. I won't be throwing raging parties, but do love to socialise. I'm a kind, generous and good-hearted person. I've just come back from living in London for four years. I'm vegetarian and do yoga, but don't judge me Judy!
Hi there, this is David. I'm a graphic designer and artist from Bogota, Colombia. I'm looking for a nice place to live with happy and easy going people. At the moment I'm studying and working part time. Im really chill guy, pretty much into art, design, cultural activities, sport and cool parties.
Hi my names Kelly, I am looking for people over 30's to move in with. I am easy going 29 year old female, I love to have a laugh and do not take life to seriously. I work in disability full time and love my job. I am tidy and "try" and live a healthy lifestyle, well I am trying!! Haha. If you feel like I could be a good house mate give me a msg. I am just ready to meet some nice people and live in an good environment, has to have my own bathroom to.
I'll be starting a new job as a nurse in early February next year working part-time (4 days a week). I'm looking for an unfurnished room from the end of January for 12 months. A little bit about me ... I'm friendly, easy-going and sociable. I like to keep my space clean and tidy. I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. When I'm not studying or working I enjoy socialising with friends and being out and about, but I also like a bit of downtime at home. I'd love to find housemates with similar values and interests.
Hi There! :) I am a Friendly, Down to earth, Clean person and not a party animal at all! I like home to be 'home' and a sanctuary to come home to and relax. I just moved down from up north after looking for business opportunities but plans fell through so am back in beautiful Melbourne! I lead a very Healthy lifestyle and eat very well so would be great to live with someone who leads a similar lifestyle! Non smoker etc! I am happy to start with a shorter lease time too if the right place and people become available.
Snippet : Young male professional looking to move to a location in the inner-south/south-east of Melbourne to be closer to work (Brighton), in an unfurnished room for min 6 months from late December early January. Hey there, so you are probably wondering what makes me great to live with. Well, thankfully, there is an obligatory section for such a response! I am an energetic and active person, who likes to exercise and get out socially. I am respectful and clean housemate who has been sharing accommodation for the last 5 years in Melbourne, and enjoy sharing my hobbies and experiences, whist appreciating the need for space and downtime. During the week, I am a busy professional (Secondary Teacher) and spend my evenings training for upcoming triathlons and seeing friends. The weekend is much the same, although I do like to go bush-walking and travel around. Hobbies and interests include, music (playing guitar), seeing theater and gigs, watching footy/cricket, I also spend time reading and writing. I am looking for a place until mid 2017 (min 6 months) with the potential for longer pending my work. I would prefer a room with some sun, and a house with modern appliances (I do like to cook ) and a location near to some cafes/shops. I also have a car - so would need a place to park. My ideal housemate(s) would be 25-35, male or female, work full time, have some hobbies and interests to share, enjoy socialising on occasion - and in general just enjoy life and having a good time. If you think this fits you, or vice versa let me know.
I'm working full time for a renovations company and living in Elwood at the moment. The lease runs out for the place I'm in early January so looking for a room to move out then. Enjoy quiet nights in and also like going out. Social drinker. Non smoker. Likes my own space but also loves socialising. Let me know if you have something
Hey all, I'm to start a new house share from Thornbury to Brunswick, Elwood to Caulfield and in any inner North, East or Southern Suburbs. My budget is $185/week, ready to move now. I'm 31, originally from QLD and have been living in Melbourne for about 3.5 years. I work 5 days/week in hospitality, until I go back to uni full time (+ work part time) for a year to finish my psych degree. When I finish I'm aiming to get a job in a humanistic position. On my days off I generally like to get outdoors if the weather is good and am looking forward to getting some beach days in this summer, (if/when it actually arrives in Melbs). I'd like to say I sleep in but my body clock often doesn't allow it. It only lets me feel like I could sleep in on the days I have to work. Most of my social outings revolve around visiting friends or heading out to gigs, or maybe a sneaky festival once or twice a year. I enjoy food and drink and chats with my housemates, but equally enjoy my down time and respect others' need for the same. I'm clean and tidy, especially when it comes to communal spaces. Eat mostly vegetarian, but not wigged out by food of any kind. I’m good for paying rent/bills on time, am not touchy about discussing stuff house-related, much prefer openness and communication. Am well-trained in house-sharing, and don’t possess any sexist, racist, LGBTI-phobic views/sentiments. 420-friendly. Come with a bunch of plants and make kombucha regularly. Do have some furniture to bring, kitchen stuff, no whitegoods though. Feel free to fire any questions my way 🙂 I'm ready to move asap!
Hi there, I have just finished a year of travelling around the world and am planning to move back to Melbourne. I lived in Brunswick East for 5 years before I left earlier this year. I was a professional and did work the normal Monday to Friday 9-5, but decided that was no longer for me and packed up and left to explore my passion of cooking. I plan on starting work in the Melbourne area in early January once I am back. I love cooking and actually make the final auditions of Masterchef 2016 but just missed out, so yes I am a decent cook and love cooking every night and having a taste tester around for an honest opinion is always handy. Bit about me, I grew up in Sydney and moved to Melbourne in 2011. I have travelled and lived all over the world, Spain, London, Colorado, The Greek Islands (This is where I lived this summer) I love the outdoors, animals, all sports, cooking and love a cold beer on a Sunday afternoon with a BBQ and fresh food from Vic markets. I love being near the water and peaceful weekends. I love Melbourne because it has so much on all year round. I am not exactly looking to move until the new year as I am spending Christmas and New years in Sydney before I end up back at work in Melbourne. I am easy going and clean and keep my living environments in the same manner. I have lived with both males and females over the years in all different countries and find that time spent in common living areas makes for a more comfortable home with good friends instead of just a house with random people I live with. Hopefully will find something that suites and look forward to a new year in the best city in Australia.
Hi I'm an Irish guy living in Melbourne for 6 years now. I'm a Chef and i work day time hours weekends included. Looking to share with someone who is professional, respectful, clean, and pays rent/bills on time. Not looking for a party house. I am pretty relaxed and easy going and enjoy cooking at home, playing sport and having the bantar.
Hiya, please call me Boom :D I'm 35F, working full time hospitality. In my spare time, I'm usually at the gym or enjoying down time at home or a catch up with friends at a café for breakfast/lunch & would love to with my future housemate/s. I appreciate eating and living a healthy lifestyle. I am looking to live in a 'home' and getting to know my housemate/s. I like to live in a clean & tidy household (not OCD but I enjoy being tidy) and make an effort to keep everything this way. Ideally i would be looking to live near my gyms or Work (St Kilda / Elwood) to reduce travel times as I usually commute by public transport, walk or cycle. I do like to keep my clothes clean and tend to wash my sports clothes (30min/quick cycle) as soon as I get home. Usually out of the house by 630am (at the latest) and back home around 830pm. I eat all my weekday meals at work / via commute so would only need to use the kitchen occasionally to prepare in advance some breakfasts / weekly food prep. Would like to be able to have the occasional friend over and don’t mind if you do either. I am fairly quite during school nights yet sociable and enjoy getting to know people, I appreciate personal space and quiet time too. I am positive, happy, compassionate, respectful & kind hearted. I am moving back to WA to pursue further studies in June 2017.
Hi :) I'm Brianna. Looking for a new place to call home somewhere in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne, preferably somewhere close to public transport would be ideal! Extremely respectful, clean and always stay on top of my bills.
I am an easy-going person, very friendly. I love pets, music and be in touch with people. I am a tidy person. I will spend most of time studying, so I am looking for a place where I can work, be concentrated and relax. In my freetime I will love stay in a party (I love beer! KKK), having a good dinner or café with new friends (I am not a good cook! kkk)
Hello all. I'm looking for a place to call home in the south eastern suburbs, preferably around Elwood/Balaclava area. I am a 24 year old male who works permanent part time (4 days a week) as a graduate construction estimator. During the week I am fairly relaxed either playing guitar (acoustic) or heading to the gym for a climb, while on the weekend I prefer to get outside as much as possible to either hike or surf. I am considerate of others, very clean and love to meet and get to know new people.
Hi Everyone, We are two full time workers looking to rent out separate rooms. We have both shared before so are respectful of other housemates space and privacy. We are both clean, laid back, very easy going, and friendly :-D. We love to cook and share meals, but also like to get out and explore Melbourne eateries. Ps. We are not a couple just long term friends :-D
I'm a Business Analyst professional who has been recently shifted to Melbourne from Sydney. I'm working for a leading Australian clothing brand in South Yarra. For the time being, I'm staying in my friend's house and will have to move out as his wife and baby is coming back. I'm a very friendly person. Like to keep my home neat and tidy. Love sports, hanging out with my friends and would love to have an occasional beer or two with my house mates. That being said, I also love a quiet time. Understands the word 'Privacy' and appreciates the basic house sharing etiquette.
Hey! I'm a full-time commerce student at the University of Melbourne, graduating next year. I work part-time to support myself, and my hobbies include cooking, exercise, exploring the outdoors and photography. I love keeping busy and getting out and about! I'm friendly and sociable, love a chat after work/uni and dinner & drinks over the weekend. I do also appreciate time to myself and am very respectful of others' space. As a housemate, I'm trustworthy, reliable, considerate, and very tidy. Finally, I have a 1 y.o. ragdoll cat - she's 100% housetrained & indoors, and she is such a little charmer! :) She has co-existed with a (big) dog in the past with no issues. Looking for a longer-term stay only (6+ months) and am flexible as to when I move - but early January at latest! Reach out if you're interested in catching up and chatting more. Cheers! :)
Hey All! I'm a chilled 24 year old student that also works 2 part time jobs. I have lived out of home from 17 so I know very well how to clean up after myself and take the rubbish out and all that 😄 Plus I am a clean freak so always like to keep the house in good order. I am mostly looking for people to team up with to look for a house (probably 2-3 others) in the areas stated above but not excluded to. Looking for some cool cats that are also chilled and don't mind if I bring some friends around occasionally. Honestly I do like to party and will stumble in the door from revs at midday. As long as you don't judge me all good. Even better if you're with me 😆 What I offer: 1: All the free out of date alcohol your heart desires (one of my jobs is at a bottle store) 2. A fridge constantly stocked with healthy treats (I love to make these) 3. Banter for days 4. A rad group of friends im sure you'd love 5. so much love for any of your pets if you have any (im an animal lover) Looking forward to hearing of anyone that thinks we will get along :)
I am a down to earth, friendly, reliable and clean guy (non-smoker) who has a full-time job in engineering, and enjoys doing various sports and activities at his spare time, crossfit, soccer, cycling. I'm looking for a room (preferably furnished) in St Kilda, South Yarra or surrounding areas
Hello, we are from Italy, I'm a pastry cook and Alex is a gelato maker. We both are easy going clean and tidy and respectful. We are looking for a nice house and room very close to a train station, and for easygoing flatmates.
We are a couple and two friends, from England and Ireland looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house/flat. We are all working full time to fund further travelling. We enjoy socializing and seeing everything Melbourne has to offer. We have all worked in hospitality but have also worked in healthcare and childcare.
We are quiet, clean and respectful. We enjoy hanging out but also respect peoples personal space. We both work in the service industry so we work long hours. We are super friendly, social and love to explore the city!
