I’m a 32 year old, relocating from The Whitsundays.. I am a clean person, who is very responsible with Bills and Rent, and respectful of space. I’m more than happy to clean and contribute to a tidy household, and yard work also.

I’d prefer to live with Female housemates (LGBT Boy here.)

I’m happy doing my own thing, but I’m happy connecting with my housemates as well. I will be unemployed upon arriving (finances safe for this,) but, I have been in contact with a previous employer from when I last lived on the GC, and they’re more than happy to employ me again once I’ve settled in.

I’m an (outdoor) smoker, I don’t really drink, but I don’t mind if my housemates enjoy a glass or two and a chat. I don’t mind if my housemates have their friends over. I don’t plan on doing so, but have zero issue whatsoever with my housemates entertaining.

I don’t mind if you have pets, and I’m happy to make sure they’re looked after and safe.
