🤗 Creative and Fun Human Seeking a Chilled Coastal Home (Burleigh Heads – Main Beach)

Hey there! I’m a 32-year-old LGBT guy moving from North Queensland to the Gold Coast, and I’m looking for a relaxed, friendly home between Burleigh Heads and Main Beach. Ideally for 3–6 months, with the option to extend up to 12 months if the vibe’s right! 🌴✨

Budget: $350–$400/week (bills included)

Move-in: December/January. I’m flexible. Just waiting for the right vibe.

Work: Taking a short break, and returning to my previous job at AHS in February.

I’m a clean, respectful and easy-going housemate, social when it feels right, but also very mindful of personal space and downtime. I love a peaceful, tidy home and I’m always happy to contribute, share meals, and keep good energy flowing.

I’m an outdoor smoker and a medicinal cannabis user (for stable epilepsy.) I’m not a huge drinker, but I don’t mind at all if my housemates entertain their friends or family. I’ll be having minor surgery in the new year, so I’m after a calm, steady space to rest and recharge.

In my downtime, you’ll find me at the beach, writing, catching up with friends, listening to music, or working on my Web3 social-commerce platform, which I hope to begin developing next year. 🎶☀️🖋️
