👋 Hi all! I’m Lauren, relocating to Newcastle from Sydney and on the hunt for a room, granny flat or share situation, hoping someone here can help!

I’m 40 (not as old as that sounds, I promise 😄), have shared before, and know how to be a good housemate — clean, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty low-drama. Always open to chats and wine but also good at giving space too. I love being outdoors and active, and the beach is basically my happy place.

🐶 I do come with a plus one — Alan, my toy cavoodle! He’s fully house trained, calm, and an absolute lover of people. I walk him every morning and night, and his daytime activity of choice is sleeping, so he’s genuinely no trouble at all.

📍 Areas I’m keen on: Newcastle East, Hamilton, Cooks Hill, The Junction, or Merewether

💸 Budget: up to $500/week
I work full-time, roughly half from home and half in the office, with some travel thrown in, so I’m around but not constantly underfoot. On weekends I split my time between visiting family in the country and getting social around Newcastle — so I’m out and about plenty.

If you have a spare room in a property you’re leasing and want a reliable tenant, I’m very open to that too — I’d be looking at a minimum 6-month arrangement.
