Hi! I’m Yento, 23, currently studying the Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne. I’ve lived in Melbourne for a semester already and really enjoy the city. I previously completed two years of military service in Singapore, which taught me discipline, cleanliness and respect for shared living environments.

Day to day, I’m study-focused and usually either at the library, at home working, or at the gym/golf range. I don’t smoke, don’t host parties and prefer a peaceful, well-kept home. I’m tidy by nature and always clean up after myself — especially in kitchens and shared bathrooms.

Personality-wise, I’m friendly, warm and respectful. I enjoy conversations or shared meals occasionally, but I also give people space and don’t intrude. I’m mature, independent and easy-going, and I get along with most types of housemates.

Financially, I’m fully supported by my family throughout my degree, so rent and bills are never an issue. I’m very reliable and responsible with payments.

I’m looking for a comfortable, clean and well-maintained place with considerate housemates. If the environment is good, I’m very open to staying long-term.
