My name’s Tia, I’m 21 and have just moved out of my studio apartment at Monash Uni (Clayton campus), where I’ve been living while completing my Anthropology degree. I graduate at the end of the year and am looking for a more affordable and well-located place to call home. 🌸
About me:
I'm quiet, respectful, and easy-going, originally from Adelaide, and I’ve been supporting myself independently since I was 18. I’m clean, considerate with shared spaces, and pretty low-key overall.
I’m into yoga, pilates, and learning how to cook. I’m hoping to get a good coffee machine soon and would love to pick up some barista skills, ideally landing a job at a cute local cafe! ☕️. I also am 420 friendly and am always discreet and mindful of shared living arrangements. 🌱
Rental details:
* Budget: $350–$370/week
* Move-in: Ideally end of July
* Open to places with or without an ensuite
* Happy to pay rent fortnightly or monthly, depending on your setup
* Preferred areas: Richmond, Melbourne CBD, St Kilda, or nearby suburbs
* I’m currently in Adelaide visiting family and will be heading to Malaysia this Friday for a short uni trip, but I’d love to arrange a virtual inspection or video call if that’s possible!
* Would love a place that accepts pets or has one! 🌺
Lastly, I’ve just been accepted into a fashion design course starting next year, so I’ll be staying in Melbourne long-term and would love to find somewhere stable and welcoming.
