🌻2 bedrooms minimum and 2 bathrooms unfurnished
🌷Max $700 total ($350 each) I'm aiming at about $600 tho
🦔Needs to be close to public transport, easy access to Perth city and East Victoria Park super early in the morning and till quite late in the evening.
🌸Single person (I want to share the place with one person, I don't mind if you have a partner as long as they have their own place, and aren't planning to move in together for at least 1 year)
✨I'm happy to move in with anyone, however due to comfort reasons I would not like to move in with straight men (don't get me wrong, I'm not gonna flash anyone, but I don't want to worry about what I'm wearing at home, and my interior decor style is very floral haha)
🐇I don't mind age as long as we align in living style
🚀Steady income and the need to have a long term living arrangement is extremely important

💐I prefer a secure apartment 1st or 2nd floor over a house or ground floor apartments
💪Close to revo and groceries
🌳Green and lots of natural light, and quiet (next to a park, or lots of trees and birds around)
🥔Hard floor, I don't like fully carpeted houses, so hard to clean, and can be gross, also don't want to pay extra for professionally cleaning it when moving out
📱I don't need WiFi as I have enough data for two years on my phone plan, so if you do need WiFi, I will probably not contribute to that, but we can talk about it

About me:
👩‍🍳I am working full time as a pastry chef in a secure position at a catering company. I don't really spend on groceries as I bring home a lot of food, and freeze meals that I'm super happy to share, cuz it's free. 🎉That means I need a lot of freezer space, but little fridge space, and you get to have cake offcuts quite often haha😉 and I don't cook much, so the kitchen is pretty much all yours.
🐓Due to the nature of my job I wake up at about 5-6 am and go to bed around 9-10, depending on the season. I'm off on Sundays consistently, but I often need to work on Saturday, so I'd like to live with someone who respects that. That's why I would love to have own bathrooms as well, so that I don't bother anyone with my morning routine.
💃I do pole dancing as a hobby and I have my own pole as well, that I would like to keep and set up somewhere. Of course you're super welcome to play with it too, great for strength and mobility exercises too! And it's got a pretty oil stained chrome color!
🦭I am pretty chill at home. I don't often listen to music, I watch YouTube or a movie here and there on my phone, I have Netflix I can share
🎈Currently I'm living alone, have been at my apartment for 3 years, but the owner is selling the place unfortunately. I have furniture, lots of pretty nicnacs, dried flowers, garlands, lots of mirrors, a cool coffee table, small couch. Cute leafy plates and beautiful silver cutlery. Don't have a lot of cooking equipment but have got air fryer, toaster, nespresso, microwave, kettle.
🦙I need to move out my current place by 12th of July, im moving to a friend's place temporarily, so that I don't make a rushed decision. Therefore my moving date is felxible, but I wouldn't move before 12 of July unless we've found an extremely good place.
🌿My interior style is very floral and cozy, my main colors are pink, yellow and banana leaf green. I love decorating my living space.
🧼To be honest, I'm not the most tidy person in my own space but I make extra effort to maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and to present the place spotless for inspections. (I've never had an issue with inspections before)
🚗 I don't drive so you can have the parking spot
🐁I love science, art, food, psychology, weird humor, fun activities, I don't drink much anymore, but love an occasional drink, love playing games, having crafternoon. I like socialising but also need my own quiet space.
