Hi!
I’m looking for a private room in a share house long-term (minimum 6 months, ideally 12+). Flexible start date, but Feb 2026 would be ideal.

A bit about me:
I work full-time in the NDIS. I’m tidy, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I like staying active (training for a triathlon) and enjoy a friendly, social household, but I’m not into big parties. Ideally a girls’ house that feels comfortable and relaxed.

Looking for:
• Clean, well-maintained home
• Relaxed, friendly vibe
• street or private parking

Budget: $350–$450/week (up to $500 for the right place), preferably with bills included.
