I’m André, originally from Brazil 🇧🇷, and after 10 amazing years in New Zealand 🇳🇿, I’m now starting a new chapter in Sydney 🇦🇺 to begin a new role in the tech industry, based in North Sydney.

I’m looking for a cozy private room with an ensuite 🛏️🛁 in or around the North Sydney area. Ideally, I’d like to move in from the week of December 1st and I’m looking to stay long-term — at least 6 months or more 🏡.

I work full-time in IT, so during the week I tend to keep things pretty calm. I’m tidy, respectful, and always pay rent and bills on time 💸.

At home, I value a peaceful and clean space — but I also enjoy good chats, shared meals, or a relaxed movie night now and then ☕🍽️🎬.
