Hi, I’m Quaid (30). I work full-time as a disability support carer and have a consistent, stable schedule. I’m looking for a peaceful, well-maintained home where I can settle in long-term and focus on work, training, and personal goals.

I live a structured lifestyle and keep things clean and organised. I’m not into partying — I value a calm, respectful home environment and am very mindful of shared spaces. Outside of work I spend most of my time training (fitness, tennis, rock climbing), studying, and staying active.

I have a beautiful partner but do not live with each other and one dog, Tyson, who is 8 years old. He’s well-behaved, part of my daily routine, and exercised regularly. As a responsible owner, I ensure the home stays clean and well maintained, and I’m happy to provide references or arrange professional cleaning at the end of a lease if required.

I’m financially stable and can comfortably afford up to $1,000 per week. I’m ready to move when the right place becomes available and am happy to meet in person.
