About Us

Hi, I’m Quaid (30) and I’ll be moving in with my younger sister (20). We’re looking for two separate rooms in the same house and are ready to move when the right place comes up.

I work full-time and have a consistent schedule, and my sister is also working/studying. We’re both respectful, clean, and easygoing. We’re not party people — we value a calm, tidy home environment and are very mindful of shared spaces.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, tennis, rock climbing, and personal development. I spend a lot of time training and studying. My sister is creative, relaxed, and considerate.

We also have two well-cared-for pets — one dog and one cat. Both are house-trained and part of our daily routine. We’re responsible owners, keep everything clean, and are happy to discuss pet references or arrangements to ensure the home stays in great condition.

We’re financially stable and can comfortably afford up to $500 each per week. We’re looking for a peaceful, well-maintained home and are happy to provide references and meet in person.
