Hey, I’m Katelin 👋🏽
Warm, grounded, and intentional in how I live.

I run my own coaching businesses alongside facilitating school workshops, so my weeks are a mix of working from home, being out and about, and travelling here and there for work.

I’m currently based in the Byron area and looking to make the move up to the Gold Coast, ideally somewhere with good access to the beach and airport.

One thing that’s really important for me is having enough space to comfortably run my business from home. I have online client calls, record podcasts and create content, so I’m ideally looking for a spacious bedroom with a genuinely workable setup, a separate office/workspace, or even better, a building with co-working facilities.

I’m definitely respectful of the people I live with and normal household hours, but I’m looking for somewhere I can work and express myself comfortably rather than feeling like I need to tiptoe around working from home.

At home, I love a calm, clean and relaxed environment. I’m social and always up for a chat, shared meal or doing something together, but equally love my own space and downtime. I’d ideally prefer living with one or two others, unless the home is spacious enough that everyone genuinely has their own space.

You’ll usually find me at Pilates or the gym, heading to the beach, cooking something nourishing, catching up with friends or winding down with a tea and Netflix. I’m also a massive dog lover, so very happy if there’s a furry housemate involved 😂

Open to a studio or the right housemate setup, whether that’s long-term or something flexible while I get established on the Gold Coast.
