Hey there! I'm working full-time in metal fabrication on the Northern Beaches looking to move closer to work. I keep a pretty steady routine during the week and wake up early mornings. I'm easy-going, clean and respectful of shared spaces. Not looking for a party house but happy to be social when it suits.

I'm looking for a place with a good vibe, ideally with people that are working and keep things tidy. I'm pretty independent but get along well with others and appreciate a relaxed, drama free home.

In my spare time I keep things fairly low-key- gym, at the beach or just unwinding after work.

Looking to move in around 20th of May and ideally stay longer term if it's a good fit.
