Hi, I’m Katarina. I’m currently pregnant (due in July) and looking for a calm, stable home for myself and my two small, very well-behaved Chihuahuas, Peaches and Lorenzo.

I’m a quiet, respectful, and clean person who really values a peaceful living environment. I don’t party or bring chaos into the home — I’m focused on creating a safe, comfortable space for myself and my baby.

My dogs are both older, gentle, and used to indoor living. They’re not destructive and spend most of their time relaxing. I’m very responsible with their care and cleanliness.

I’m reliable with rent and easy to communicate with, and I take pride in being a good tenant and housemate. I’m ideally looking for somewhere I can settle in long-term and feel comfortable.

Ideally, I’m looking for a private space (granny flat, studio, or self-contained area), but I’m open to the right setup with the right people.
