We don’t go out a lot and I do enjoy cooking a lot
He starting a vet next year and I’ll be working full time
We are looking for places next to tram, bus stop or train station since we don’t have car and we are not planning to have one so soon. Ideally close to helensvale station (Arundel, helensvale, pacific pines) but open to any other locations close to train/tram stops.
Our ideal budget is between 400 to 480 with all bills included, with internet and own bathroom
We are either looking to rent 2 bedrooms in the same house or one bedroom with own bathroom
We are planning to move in early November that’s when our current lease ends
