Hi, I’m Julz (31 F), I’m a full-time dietitian looking for a self-contained granny flat or studio to call home. I’m easy-going, reliable, and spend most of my time working, studying, or convincing people that vegetables aren’t the enemy.

I live a quiet, low-key lifestyle and am looking for somewhere I can settle in long-term. I’ve never had issues meeting rental payments and have a strong rental history. I take pride in keeping my home clean and well maintained, and I’m the sort of tenant who communicates openly and looks after a property as if it were my own.
