Tomáš and Julie

Hi!
We’re Tomas and Julie, both 19, originally from the Czech Republic 🇨🇿. We’ve just finished high school and moved to Australia to study, work and enjoy a bit of life experience abroad.
I (Tomáš) am already in Sydney, working and studying at ELC Sydney. Julie will arrive on 15th January and will also be studying at ELC while working part-time.
We’re flexible with the move-in date – we can start the lease earlier or later depending on what suits the landlord.

🔹What we’re looking for:
🔺Long-term accommodation
🔺Studio or private room for a couple
🔺Budget: up to $600/week including bills
🔺Furnished preferred, but not a must
🔺Move-in: anytime from now until mid-January

🔹Why we’d be good tenants
• Calm, clean, respectful and easy to communicate with
• No smoking, no parties, no pets
• We already have savings, so paying bond + rent in advance is totally fine
• Working + studying, so we're out most of the day
• We keep things tidy and take care of the place we live in

🔹Location
Open to different suburbs with good public transport to the city/ELC.

🔹Extra info
• Can provide proof of funds, student confirmation, references etc.
• Looking for a stable place to stay long-term, not just a short stay
• I can come to inspections anytime, Julie will join once she arrives
