Hi there! I’m Samm – 34, English, lived in Melbourne 11yrs, and now calling Queensland home.

After living in Melbourne for over a decade, I recently made the move up to the Gold Coast. Im currently working at General Manager at Cali Beach in Surfers Paradise.

My weekends are pretty full-on (think 13+ hour days), and I’m usually working from the venue most weekdays too. When I’m not working, I’m really just looking for a peaceful spot to recharge.

I’m very clean, and respectful – I’ve done lots of house shares in the past and always go by a “leave no trace” rule. I understand the importance of personal space and shared responsibilities, and I’m easy to live with. Always keen for a beer on a balcony or pub though.

I've seen endless good 2bedroom places in the area so just looking for someone to team up with on one!
