Hi, I’m Samm. I’m 35, originally from England, and have been living on the Gold Coast for the past year after spending over a decade in Melbourne.

I’m starting a new management role next week at the rooftop beach club at The Star. The venue opens in October, so I’ll be involved in the pre-opening setup and then managing the venue once it launches.

Outside of work, I’m pretty relaxed and enjoy having a peaceful, comfortable home to come back to. I’m clean, considerate and respectful of other people’s space. I’ve lived in plenty of share houses before, so I understand the importance of tidying up after myself, communicating properly and being mindful of noise.

I’m friendly and always happy to have a chat or the occasional drink on the balcony, but I’m also independent and don’t expect housemates to entertain me. Overall, I’m reliable, easygoing and looking for a clean, welcoming place to call home.
