Hey! I’m Thomas, 25, and looking for a place around Burleigh / Miami / Mermaid / palm beach area.

I spend my 7 - 5:30 working in project management for a construction company so am pretty flat out during the day. Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, playing tennis, doing something social or sleeping😴. I’m pretty laid-back, clean and respectful, but not someone who just disappears into their room - always up for a a chat, dinner or doing something on the weekend whenever I can around my schedule. Would love to come into a house where we can create a positive culture, or if one already exists, add my own flavour to it.

I’m looking for a house with good people and a good vibe. I’m easy to live with, pretty adaptable and happy to get involved, while also being respectful of everyone space and boundaries. Ideally looking for housemates aged in their mid-late 20’s.
