Minhye

Hello! My name is Minhye Kim, and I’m a 26 years old woman. 
I’m looking for a room to stay in for at least 6 months starting from February. I will be studying nursing at QUT from the upcoming semester. I’m currently in South Korea, but I will arrive in Brisbane on January 31st, so I’ll be able to inspect the place from that day onward. Ideally, I hope to stay for 6 months to a year.

I’m a friendly, polite, and well-mannered person. I don’t smoke—including vape or weed—and I don’t have any pets. I’ve lived in share houses before, so I understand the importance of being considerate. I’m very quiet in my room, and I always clean up immediately after using shared spaces. So I’ve never had any issues with past housemates.
