Hi everyone,

I'm looking for my next home from Mid-July onwards 😊

I'm a full time engineering graduate (22, F) working in North Sydney, so easy transport to work is key for me (~30min tops). I don't have a car so I'd prefer to stay within 10min walking distance to a train and/or metro station, as well as basic necessities (groceries, gym etc).

I am big on cleanliness and friendly vibes- I'm down for a chat, dinner and/or movie every now and then but I do need my quiet me-time so mutual respect is very important to me!

I'm Korean but grew up in Auckland so I'm fairly new to Sydney- still in the exploring phase. Not a must but it would be cool to be able to go out occasionally during the weekday evenings or weekends with my flatmate(s)!

I'm looking for a place to call home rather than a temp stay so hoping to find a cozy, sunny place with minimal disruption with sharemates moving in and out regularly..!
