Hello, my name is Clyde. I'm a 25-year-old guy living and working in Melbourne, but originally from Auckland, New Zealand.

I love calisthenics and going to the gym, researching psychology and self-improvement, chess, acting and movies, and more.

I'm super chill and easy going, like being social but value having a space I can call my own and care for as if it was mine. I'm respectful of others space and privacy too, but am always down for a chat.

I'm ideally looking for a furnished studio apartment or 1 bedroom flat, but am very open to shared accomodation with a private room - ideally in Melbourne's CBD, Docklands and/or the inner suburbs before the start of August. $450 is my max budget, so ideally looking for a place around the 250-450 range.
