Hey I'm Ruth, I'm a 21 Arts student looking to move into a share house within the Gold Coast.

I'm laid back, independent, and a fan of a clean environment. I train (gym, box walk) most days, I am a big cat/dog lover.

I'm looking for housemates that are open-minded and respectful. I'm very much a low-key going out person, (apart from the occasional night out).

I really appreciate it when people do their share of the cleaning of the shower/ bathroom/ living spaces and take the bin out - I'll absolutely do my share too.

I'm open to party houses as long as it’s not every weekend - just looking for a place that feels safe, everyone is respects each other's routine.

Would love to view your beautiful property at the earliest convenience of the owner, as I can move in next day/ day of.
