Have moved back to Australia after spending some time in Europe. I have shipped my personal belongings back to Australia. I aim to find my own place but the rental market is more difficult than I imagined. I'm actively looking for a place so I need a flexible rental as I also have to pay storage fees as well as rent. If there was garage storage on site would be helpful. I recently house shared in the UK, can supply references and have excellent Landlord and Airbnb reviews from UK and Italy. I'm easy going with good banter and don't take life too seriously. Respectful of people's property, have been a previous homeowner. Clean and tidy. Non smoker. Pay rent on time. Prefer own bathroom and furnished room. Need to be walking distance to train Station, bus and shops. Semi retired, involved with writing projects. Like the Arts, Gallery openings etc. Sports, especially the Grand Prix, Australia Open Tennis, Horseracing. Like cooking a roast to share, with good conversation and a nice glass of wine. I like the beach and the great outdoors. Happy to discuss with a meet and greet.
