Have moved back to Australia after spending some time in Europe. I have shipped my personal belongings which are currently in storage, 8.5 cubic metres (half a single garage). I don't want to share unless the accommodation is on 2 floors. I prefer a one bedroom apartment/granny flat with white goods, outside space and storage. The rental market is more difficult than I imagined. I'm actively looking for a place so I need a flexible rental can go longer term. I recently house shared in the UK, can supply references and have excellent Landlord and Airbnb reviews from UK and Italy. I'm easy going with good banter and don't take life too seriously. Respectful of people's property, have been a previous homeowner. Clean and tidy. Non smoker. Pay rent on time. Need to be walking distance to train Station, bus and shops. Semi retired, involved with writing projects. Like the Arts, Gallery openings etc. Sports, especially the Grand Prix, Australia Open Tennis, Horseracing. Like cooking a roast to share, with good conversation and a nice glass of wine. I like the beach and the great outdoors. Happy to discuss with a meet and greet.
