Have moved back to Australia after spending some time in Europe. Recently house shared in the UK, can supply references and have excellent Landlord and Airbnb reviews. I'm easy going with good banter and don't take life too seriously. Respectful of people's property, have been a previous homeowner. Clean and tidy. Non smoker. Pay rent on time. Prefer own bathroom and furnished room. Semi retired, involved with writing projects. Like the Arts, Gallery openings etc. Sports, especially the Grand Prix, Australia Open Tennis, Horseracing.
