Am Joel James. I’m a South Indian guy. I graduated this February and am looking for a full time job while working as a pca in an aged care. I am looking for a peaceful place to live. I like to keep the place tidy after my use be it kitchen or any other place in the house. I cook but not often. I’m a non vegetarian. I don’t drink or smoke. But very much fine with the other tenant doing it, as long as it doesn’t cause any problems.
