Hello!
I’m Tannis, and I am currently looking for a comfortable and quiet place to live.
I’m a clean, tidy, considerate and responsible tenant with a calm lifestyle. I don’t smoke, vape, drink alcohol, or take illicit drugs, and I don’t host parties.

I always pay my rent and bills on time and take great care of the property. I am used to paying $300-$310 per week (bills included or excluded) and I budget well. I am currently receiving JobSeeker while I look for work, and I’m happy to provide references to show my reliability.

I love animals and have applied for a Cert II in Animal Care. I’m not home all the time — I’m usually out a few days a week for appointments, including time with my support worker and job-seeking activities. My move date is listed as December 20, 2025, but I’m looking to move as soon as possible and am happy to be flexible if a slightly later date works better.
