Hi everyone!

My boyfriend and I are moving to Sydney and we are looking for a place to stay in the eastern suburbs, from the 11th of October, preferably somewhere around Randwick, Paddington, Centenial Park but open to anything around those areas.

A lease takeover or long-term sublet would be preferred on an 1-bed apartment but we are also open to house shares. Our budget is around $700/week depending on the type of property on offer.

A bit about us: I’m a 24 year old Florist from the US who loves reading, yoga and spending time at the beach. My boyfriend is a 25 year old Structural Engineer from the UK (we met travelling in New Zealand) who likes running, going to see live music and attempts to surf sometimes. We both have jobs lined up in Sydney, are career-focused, clean and respectful tenants who like having some down time but also hanging out with friends and doing things on the weekends.
