Hey, my names Rachel im 25 and currently have a lease until early next year in Newtown. I work as a scuba diving instructor at bondi beach so hoping to move a bit closer to the coast, within half an hour drive of bondi.

I have a car so looking for a property with free parking nearby, parking on site or the option for getting a yearly permit.

I'm outgoing, and love to chat but I am also happy with doing my own thing. I like to stay busy and I am very extroverted. I am looking for a chill friendly house :)

I'm reliable with rent and like to maintain clean kitchen and bathroom spaces ✨

I am hoping for a 6-month lease/sublet but open to different and potentially longer leases, depending on the house and housemates.
