Hey there ! Firstly please dont be put off by my age , I relate well with younger people and circumstances . My circumstance is different to many , thats why my Bio is kind of " all over the shop " , I'm actually a professional investor who owns a couple of houses ( leased of course ) , so this is not share trading or the like , its accumulation of yield producing assets , I've run this business for over 10 years , I also have a small place overseas .
So , you dont need to be concerned about my ability to pay . I have recently returned to Melbourne . I'm also doing some other work in Sales and House land .
With regard to personality and the like , I really just want a place that is clean , relaxed , happy to be social , obviously mature , but gell really well with young people also , I have two daughters ( grown ) one is in Denmark , one is in Cairnes .
