Katie and Jess

I’m Katie, 23 and work full-time, Jess is 23 and also works full-time so we keep a pretty regular schedule and tend to be up early. We are clean, respectful, and chilled to live with. In our free time, we love staying active, being outdoors, hitting the beach, or unwinding with a good book. We love to socialise but also appreciate our own time, not massive party people but love a drink here or there. We are looking for a clean, relaxed home with like-minded flatmates who appreciate a calm and tidy space.

We are looking to pay around $300 each per room.
